We truly appreciate our customers choosing to spend their hard-earned money on our products. That trust means a lot to us, which is why every Jolie Leather item comes with a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.

What “Lifetime” Means

Our lifetime warranty covers the lifetime of the product.

This means the period during which the item remains functional and usable when it is cared for and used as intended. Leather is a natural material and will age over time — developing patina, marks, and character — which is a normal and beautiful part of owning a quality leather product.

What we guarantee for life is our craftsmanship.

What Is Covered

Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers any fault that results from how the product was made, including:

  • Stitching coming undone

  • Hardware failure (such as rivets, buckles, or snaps)

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Any mistake made by Jolie Leather

If something fails due to our workmanship, we will make it right.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, scuffs, patina, or colour changes

  • Damage caused by water, heat, or chemicals

  • Neglect, misuse, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose

  • Accidental damage

  • Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties

These are all considered part of natural use or external factors rather than faults in craftsmanship.

Repair or Replacement

We believe in repair first.

  • If an issue is covered under warranty, we will repair the item whenever possible.

  • If a repair is not possible, we will replace the item.

For custom or personalised items, repairs or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue and how the product has been used.

Returns, Postage & Important Information

Please contact us before sending any item back.
This allows us to assess the issue and provide the correct return instructions.

Within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • UK customers: Free return postage

  • International customers: Return postage, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer

After 14 days:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer for both UK and international orders

This does not affect your warranty — it simply relates to postage costs.

Proof of Purchase

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

Gifts & Warranty Transfer

Our warranty is transferable for gifts.

If a Jolie Leather product is gifted, the Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty remains valid, provided the item has not been misused, altered, or repaired by a third party.
