Shipping and Returnes
Shipping:
I ship worldwide, with all orders being shipped from Northern Ireland, UK using Royal Mail.
Orders are handmade by order and posted within 10 days of your purchase. Once your order is posted, you will receive an email where you can track your order.
Estimated Delivery Times:
UK: 1-3 day
Europe: 3 - 4 days
USA: 5 - 7 days
Rest of World: 5 - 7 days
Christmas deadlines:
If you would like your order to arrive in time for Christmas, I recommend ordering no later than the 8th of December.
Returns/Exchanges:
I can accept returns and exchanges from UK orders that are unworn/unused and in perfect condition within 14 days of your purchase arriving. Please email info@jolieleather.co.uk and I can send you the return address. The costs of the return postage must be covered by you.
At this moment in time, I cannot offer returns or exchanges for any orders outside of the UK.
Damaged/Lost Orders:
In the event that the item arrives damaged, is lost in the mail or there is another problem with the order, please send an email with your order number to info@jolieleather.co.uk and I will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
Brexit:
Due to Brexit, EU orders will go through customs and customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Customs and Import Taxes:
All international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. I have no control over these and am not responsible for these additional fees. Please check with your local post office if you would like to know more about these fees in your country before you place an order.
